Our Quality

It is the policy of H. Malone & Sons to apply strict quality disciplines to our management and workforce. Our Quality Control Policy is implemented during all activities to provide maximum assurance that the provision of products and services meet and where possible exceed the requirements for which they are designed.

The organisation’s policy is:

  • To comply with ISO 9001:2015 and pursue continual improvement to which the company has achieved accreditation from an external auditing and certification body.

  • To efficiently provide services at a quality consistent with a professional qualified organisation in providing such a service as to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • To pursue improvements in methods, standards, personnel, tools, etc. by setting, reviewing and communicating Quality Objectives to develop the business and respond to changing market requirements.

  • To ensure that all personnel are aware of their individual roles and responsibilities within the Quality System.

  • The requirements of the organisations quality system, in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards are integrated into our Management System Manual and are mandatory and all company personnel have a responsibility and obligation to it.
