We are working with H Malone & Sons to provide the M&E package on this project for client Galliford Try including Standby Generator, Fire Alarms, Refuge Alarms, CCTV Data, TV, AV Systems, PV and door access control. Boho X is an office development in Middlesbrough which will feature a gym, café, rooftop bar, event space and a lecture theatre. It is situated within the new Boho Zone – the commercial quarter for the town’s digital media, digital technology and creative sector.
