Preconstruction
Our dedicated preconstruction team consists of fully qualified and experienced estimators and engineers who have a wealth of experience in design team management and preparing tenders for mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations ranging from small works to multi-million pound projects.
Design Management
Our preconstruction team works closely with clients, main contractors and consultants to develop and deliver cost-effective design solutions. We engage early with clients and design teams to develop designs within budgets and achieve environmental targets.
Project Tendering
Our estimators have been involved in numerous tendering processes over many years and are highly experienced in preparing cost plans and tenders for traditional, design & build, private finance initiatives, partnerships and framework agreements. We attach great importance to ensuring that we provide an accurate and robust cost to our clients while offering the best value for money.

Project Management
Our highly experienced project delivery team is skilled in all aspects of project management. It is our aim to deliver every project in a professional and non-adversarial manner to ensure the best possible outcome for our client and the end user.
Our project managers are adept at design development, planning & programming, supply chain management, sub-contract management, quality control and cost control through to commissioning, handover and aftercare.
We have a ‘hands on’ approach with regard to the day to day management of projects, particularly when it involves the co-ordination of services with other trades. Our ISO Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Control Systems are utilised by our project team to ensure that a high quality installation is delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Directly Employed Workforce
Our directly employed site operatives include site supervisors, foremen, heating engineers, plumbers, electricians and apprentices, all of whom are CSCS registered and have a range of qualifications relative to their roles on site. Our dedication to the training and development of our workforce ensures that our tradesmen are among the best in the industry.
A large proportion of our workforce has been with us for 10 – 40 years and many have relatives who have joined us on apprenticeship or training schemes. This provides a level of commitment, loyalty and stability that we believe are key factors in delivering a high quality and professional site installation.
Specialist Sub-Contractors
We have long standing and successful relationships with many local and national specialist sub-contractors who we employ regularly to enable us to provide a complete mechanical and electrical package. They have all been carefully selected for inclusion on our approved list of sub-contractors and are monitored closely to ensure they perform to the same high standards we would expect from our own workforce.
Supply chain
Our supply chain has developed over time, and we currently work with many local and national suppliers. We look at each project individually to select the best suppliers to ensure that an efficient and effective service is provided.
